Heart Calm is much more than a simple magnesium supplement. Our synergistic combination of three different types of magnesium, taurine, potassium and coenzyme Q10 has helped many individuals when previous supplementation with magnesium has failed.

The recommended dosage of Heart Calm is one capsule taken three times daily, preferably with meals or as directed by a qualified healthcare practitioner. While we have found this to be the most effective dosing strategy, we encourage customers to find a routine that works best for them. Some customers for example find that two capsules with breakfast and one with dinner works best for their needs, while others might take all three capsules at lunch.
